Cafe quality is good and all waitresses have good English skills.

I never actually rate anyone. But here I have to get rid of a few sentences. Price performance top & the coffee to go was meggggggaaaa delicious. I honestly have never had such a delicious coffee. 😃

Very enthusiastic! Here the boss even serves itself. Very funny, very tasty ... and there is also an alternative selection of drinks and food (vegan, gluten-free). A dream!

very, very rude from Andrea. You don't know when it will really open. Board from 10 a.m., telephone from 9 a.m., on site at 9:30 a.m. Without words ..... we always liked to eat there, that can ruin the day. Such businesses have not heard the gong during the general crisis. Really a shame and very sad. Several guests got the bad mood from her and left immediately. The other waitress was very nice, she tried everything. While Andrea didn't feel like working at all.

It was ok

They have the best ice cream I've ever tasted. The ice cream for children is cheaper than for adults and can be put together as desired. Children are also very welcome and they can play on the large, carpeted window sills. I would love to come back :)

Super great café with a nice ambience in the guest room. The coffee is prepared with love, the ice cream is absolutely recommendable and the cake, waffles and hash browns are homemade and also delicious. Great care is taken to ensure that there is enough choice. The interaction with the guests is very warm. A café that I can warmly recommend.

Super delicious food! especially the EIS :) Very friendly staff and a good address even with babies. Very breastfeeding! There is the possibility to sit comfortably to breastfeed (wide window sill with carpet, pillows and blankets)! All in all very recommendable, we would love to come back :)

Cake, ice cream and waffles - everything is really delicious! In the past you had to wait a long time for the waitress when it was full. The wait staff often seemed overwhelmed. There were just too few for the large outdoor area. Currently, however, you are served quickly, friendly and competently. Whether it is due to the few tables that are placed due to Corona or the service has become better ... who knows;)

The ice cream, especially with white chocolate, tastes really good. I recently discovered the sunflower and honey variety, which is not very sweet. The waffles with strawberries and white chocolate are also worth a little stop. Gladly again!

Such a wonderful coffee. There are enough seats, both outside and inside, and the waitress is extremely friendly and personable. The decoration is also lovingly in the smallest detail and conjures up a small fairytale atmosphere. Even on the menu there is something for everyone ... whether ice cream, cake, coffee, waffles, soft dinks, etc. and the quality of the goods is very very good ^^. Recommended for everyone who just wants to relax for two hours or who wants to meet with friends, girlfriend, boyfriend or family over coffee and cake. Absolute recommendation!

I would like to give more stars but unfortunately this is not possible. For that you get full 5 stars from me. I highly recommend it. The menu is quite small, but it just tastes super delicious. The service is very friendly. If I lived in Dresden I would be a regular guest with you. Top - keep it up.

Delicious

I had to literally wait AGES for my drink, in spite of the place not being really crowded to begin with, hence the one star rating.

Came here a couple of times during our stay in Dresden, to have breskfast but also for some cake in the afternoon. Food was always tasty and coffee was great. Best part was the friendly service and being recognised and appreciated as returning guests. If you're around the Altmarkt make sure to come by and relax. Seating is available outside infront of the Café but also inside. Although the outside area right infront is nicely incorporated to the rest as large open windows connect both. We tried out both, with the only thing bothering us was outside with some smoking neighbours, but that is something to be expected with cafés outside in Germany.

1 hour= 1 soup. And this is when you tell you are in hurry. Extreeeemely slow serviss. Had to leave to bus without lunch.

I had the worst flammkuchen ever. They made it with frozen store bought veggies making it most unappealing soggy flammkuchen

Very friendly service! Delicious home-made cake and from our chocolate latte we were also thrilled. On demand we were told what exactly in this cake is in it, very competent! Great place for a coffee break! Price fully okay! We recommend!

We felt totally humiliated by the boss when she knew that we were Spanish. He said to us with a somewhat derogatory tone when we went to ask for coffee "here only German or English is spoken ...". And he looked at us with an air of superiority .. Shameful....!!!!

The service is great they are fast and friendly , I love their coffee, the atmosphere is cozy and you can set outside when the weather is good , definitely a must try

Bad breakfast

We sat in, waited 10 mins, then went to the cashier. The waiter was talking next to it for half a minute to the waitress, then came to me and asked us if we would like to pay. I said we wanted to order first. They weren't kind at all. The place and the music is good, but the service is awful.

The service here was appalling! Like the previous reviewer, we took a drink from the fridge to have at the table, but were rudely told this was not acceptable. The waiter spoke only to our German friend and made us all feel very uncomfortable. Customers shouldn't be treated in such a way, especially for such minor issues. Overall the food was satisfactory, but wouldn't recommend eating here based purely on the service.

nice cafe and great services. we went there twice in an afternoon, I tried to order in German for the first time but unfortunately I'm not fluent in German, yet the counter's really patient and explained everything for me in English.
